Dr. Seaton's outstanding expertise and compassion always make me feel we've had 5 star care. Her passion to learn and implement holistic vet methods benefit SVH and improve the veterinary care in this small town. Our cats have thrived under the care of the whole Springtown group (they're all wonderful, and we appreciate the post treatment reports!). Dr. Seaton has been especially dear for her care with our new rescue. Buddy is a frail, elderly, malnourished cat,and I appreciate the way Dr. Seaton treats me in my caregiver role. She provides information, shows me his visual tests, calls with results, recommends additional treatment, and encourages contacting her at any time needed. Her practical clear communication, expertise, and warm exam table manner make her shine as a Best Vet.

Dr. Randy Jones is ALWAYS so personal and kind to my babies. He is very aware of both of them even if i only have one of the girls with me. He will usually ask how the other one is doing... by name! I think that Dr. Jones and his staff is so fantastic that even after I moved over 45 minutes away in Grapevine, I still drive in for my babies to see Dr. Jones. I trust Dr. Jones and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great vet.
